I like it is really nice & calm neighbors are good. The only thing about it. It has cockroaches at kitchen & bathroom. Even you clean they still come out. The Helix comes & sprays but it doesnt work. But right now is hard to find a apt. With no cockroaches. Because rent is high. & deposit is high.
