I have gone to Granada Hills Radiology for many years. I’m so sorry so many have not been pleased, but I have always had excellent service with very friendly, experienced staff.

Showed up as a walk in as I was told to do. Was not seen, told they are going to lunch and the latest time to arrive would be 4:15. I show up right at 4:15 on the dot and was told no. They gave me papers to fill out so I could expedite the check in when I come in next. Came in with papers in hand and she said they have to text me a link and I have to fill them out digitally. Horrible from an operational view

I arrived at 4:10PM on a Friday to do a walk-in x-ray before they close at “4:30PM,” based on my referred chiropractor. I arrived to the door locked. Knocked a few times and only for someone to say “Oh sorry, Fridays we close early. You can come back between 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday.” Please change your hours on Google because I wasted my time leaving work early only to find this out.
