lived here 5 years- only nice thing is the grounds and that no one is above or below you. OLD apartments not well maintained- walls are gross with dings, cracks, peeling paint. and you get lots and lots of mold (a dehumidifier 24/7 9 months a year was the only solution) on the living room walls and along all the windows. no heat in the whole back half of the apartment.
