Great affordable place to live in Gainesville. Professionally maintained and very prompt maintenance. Requests are usually filled same day or ASAP. Nice having an onsite manager a few days a week. Pros: very affordable in current market with flexible lease terms. Pet friendly and residents are responsible in clean up Units are upgraded and roomy Gas appliances Super quiet neighborhood and neighbors. No sound insulation. Bad ventilation combined with gas appliances. Laundry machine in bedroom. Neighbors are abusive and slam doors and scream day and night. Management has done nothing despite multiple units complaining. Good luck getting any sleep if you move in.
