I did a delivery there Friday, and this man I never seen came out of nowhere stopping me demanding me to tell him who I was with his finger in my face then called the cops on me giving out my tags and got me band and I did nothing wrong. So I called the cops on him back, I'm just doing my job I don't come to these apartments unless I'm delivering groceries. He just don't know who he crossesed I'm getting me a lawyer and Fina file a complaint and bout cost me my job.
I lived here for about 5 years. The first 3 were ok. The last two years were just awful! The owner/manger is a control freak. Rules for everything. Some of them just ridiculous! He accepted housing vouchers/section 8 while I was there. Always fussing about late fees. I was never late. I paid a prorated amount so that my rent would be due on the 3rd of the month. Zero stars. The management is horrible. The apartments are very dated. ***The plumbing sewage/feces flooding the tub and apt FREQUENTLY. I won't leave a long paragraph like others, but all those reviews are true. It's truly worse than the reviews.
I wouldn’t advise anyone to move here the landlord is a really rude man he complains and makes a problem out of fixing minor maintenance issues.
Literally have dealt with Wayne’s mood swings and temper tantrum’s for two years here. I always pay my rent on time, and if I’m going to be late, always pay the late fees in order to keep everything on. Now all of a sudden changes his mind on late fee policy. Will no longer accept them apparently? He towed my car, THAT WAS ON MY LEASE!! All because we had just bought a second vehicle and it was in our designated parking spot.
