I wish you could give zero stars. Slumlord of Texarkana. He runs a dictatorship, not an apartment complex. He wont allow me to visit my children only because I don't live there, even tho I abide by his visitation rules of no one before 7 a.m.or after 11 p.m. mind you, my husband lives there as well and I wasn't added to the lease only because I wasn't available when it was signed..he called the cops and had me banned because I was there at 8 pm tucking my children into bed and he didn't like it. .. I called the owner/manager, so he could allow the police to document blood on the walls and carpet and fist/ body slammed holes on the walls... He refused to allow the police into the apartment to see, photograph and document the damage (after my daughter who had lived there, secretly left the state a few days after the domestic violence incident, which resulted in a call to 911 and CPS.) This in my opinion is an obstruction of justice and could cost my daughter, her unborn child and my 5 their lives. I called him in tears a... read more
