I have eaten here several times. Its one of my family's favorites. Unfortunately last night my feelings have completely changed. My family's bill came to $51.11. I had a discount for $5 off a purchase of $25 or more. They would not honor my discount because its not valid with any other offers. We had ordered 2 margaritas on special for $3.99 so that voided my discount. I wouldn't call the daily specials an "offer" that would eliminate my coupon. The manager refused to honor my discount. Sad. We won't be back.
Absolutely thrilled with the service and the food. Would drive an hour again just to eat here. Thank you everyone for the wonderful food and service. It was a great ending to a long and stressful day!
as usual, the food was WONDERFUL. We can never go wrong at Gran Plaza.
