I've used Dr. Gramm for years, plus my wife and children. We all like his practice, attitude, time he gives, and office help. A definite recommendation!
Dr. Gramm and his staff have been excellent. At times the wait is longer than I'd like but his care and bedside manner are the best. His staff are always helpful. He has been my doctor for some time and I've never had a complaint about his professionalism and aptitude.
I was assigned to Dr Gramm by my HMO and when I made went in for my first appointment, he refused to accept me as a patient because he "doesn't feel comfortable in dealing with the multiple problems presented for his review." I asked his staff about this when they called to tell me and they said they do it all the time and will also drop long standing clients. I guess Dr Gramm only takes and keeps patients with vibrant health. Overall, Dr Gramm was a waste of time and $.
