An uncaring man that needs to retire. Super long time wasted in the waiting room. No respect for the patients time. Comes off uncaring and not a nice person. Go elsewhere for care!
If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible doctor, nurse practitioner and staff. All very rude and seems that they just want to make money off of you and not actually treat you. They won't call in to the pharmacy a refill on a routine prescription that they know you have been taking for many years unless you make a worthless, pointless and useless office visit so they can have an excuse to charge another Co pay. Reported them to my insurance company. I don't think they actually like or care about their patients
Never even got to see doctor Gramm after two visits. Only saw the nurse practitioner who was very rude and mediocre
wow he took my money and then spent 20 minutes lecturing me on his bonus plan...capitation,,,refused to make referral within my insurance plan because it would negatively impact his income. grumpy rude never even asked about my medical condition really. took an action to make a phone call and then never did it...wow what a waste of my time, money and he ripped off my insurance company by billing them for a visit that certainly was not for MY health. Weird sad guy no longer interested in medicine I think?
This doctors office is very rude, unwilling to help and drop you at the drop of a dime and isn't' even willing to speak respectfully with you. Then to pore salt into the wound they turn everything around on you. DON"T GO TO THIS DOCTOR, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!
Have had this physician for years. Both he and the FNP have been great.
I picked this doctor because he was a family practice doctor. Months later, needing an appt for teenager, I took her in, the doctor didn't see her, a nurse did. No consult with the parent occurred. Not even considering this was a first visit with this office. A prescription was faxed to the pharmacy, which took 2 days, for a condition I wan never actually told about. A month later I called to make an appt for my 9 year old and was told the doctor doesn't see 9 year olds. I guess "family" means.....people who aren't children.... read more
Dr Gramm is very knowledgable and experienced. But also very rude. He has been in pracitice a long time but no longer seems happy being a doctor. I won't go back. I'm not going to pay my hard earned money to grumpy old man.
Dr. Gramm was very rude and upset he had to deal with some one that didnt have health insurance. I always pay for my vissits but, Dr Gramm seemed upset because he didnt' get to bill an insurance company. I would descibe him as a fare weather Doctor.
