Gramercy Park off of Woodland Park in Houston is not recommended. The parking is absolutely the worst. Be prepared to park several buildings down! Reserved spaces and garages require a high monthly fee and are limited. The remaining parking is limited also and the spaces are so tight, your side mirrors will hang over the parking line. Their solution to tow is not effective and their windshield permits are not effective because many people park 3-4 cars.
