My son moved here in 2017 into a beautifully new open floor plan two bedroom unit on the first floor. The unit had a tree lined patio and small yard for my granddaughter (4legged pup) and it was absolutely breathtaking with wood plank floors, panel doors, plantation wood shutters, etc. Residents were quiet and respectful. I would strongly recommend avoiding Gramercy on the Park and doing a much deeper inspection before signing a lease here. The property may look appealing during a standard walkthrough, but I would encourage anyone considering living here to take the time to really look around and pay attention to the condition of the property beyond what is shown during a typical tour.
