Don’t move here!!!!!! When we lived here, we were fighting roaches until the lease was up. The apartment wasn’t clean when we moved in. From the first week of move in, We had roaches!!! It was a sign of an infestation!!!! They would crawl any and everywhere!!!!! It was bad ! They were On the stove while we cooked and sometimes crawl on you. I never experienced anything like this in my life. It was so bad to the point where we always ate OUT and rarely cooked. I had an amazing apartment tour at Gramercy at the Park, and I have to give a big shoutout to Brenna F! She was absolutely awesome — incredibly knowledgeable about both the property and the surrounding neighborhood. What really stood out, though, was her personality. She was kind, personable, and had me laughing the whole time. Touring apartments can sometimes feel stiff or rushed, but Brenna made it fun and informative. If you’re considering Gramercy at the Park, I highly recommend booking your tour with her!
I originally applied to The Gramercy Apartments on 5/22/2025. My application was initially denied due to income verification—something I anticipated as a recent college graduate. However, a couple days later, I received a call from the leasing office saying management had removed some of the original requirements and they could re-run my application.
