Juan was very helpful and his work was done in a timely manner concerning replacing my dishwasher.
I went to the leasing office today and spoke with Brianna and she had such excellent customer service and had to smile from beginning to end assisted me with ease efficiency, and I appreciate her for assistance today
Sandra at the leasing office has been amazing! She is always professional, friendly, and quick to answer any questions. She really made the whole leasing process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend working with her!
Horrible experience. I applied with my spouse. They didn’t allow documents to be sent in we had to go in the office. They sent a link several times we did the process several times there was always an issue I called several times no answer. Over two weeks. Finally get a call saying they’re canceling my application and will not be refunding my money because I didn’t send the needed paperwork when I sent it several times and called several times for them to just call me and say I will not be receiving any refund. Have lived at Gramercy since 2012 and have enjoyed living here. With such a long tenure being a rental here I have experienced quite a few changes in management’s and staff. There has been great teams and always have been helpful whenever I had an issue such as maintenance, etc but the team in the office now with Kristen and Sandra are respectfully the best managers I have dealt with. They have assembled the best leasing agents Breana and Brandon in the office who are very helpful and pleasant. I would recommend anyone looki... read more
