Very helpful and quick service
people are great , but I have one issue ........considering most people work during the day and can't make it by 4:00 pm when they close. HOW about being open till at least 6:oopm or at least open to pick up their orders on Saturday from 8:00am -12:00 noon which two employees could do.......JUST so when " placed orders are ready for pick up it can be done...if they had this I would gladly give them a 5 star rating...
When our church needs specific electrical motors, we go to Grainger. We have needed to replace several electrical motors that were over 60 years old. The people at Grainger were able to get the right motor to fit.
It took a couple of trips , but we finally got what we needed.
I love Grainger, even though there prices are a little higher then most places I still tell all my business contacts about it. The prices are a little higher but you get what you pay for and the quality makes up for the pricing.
