Jenny was very approachable and helped me and my partner get some snow shovels. Easy and quick, wonderful service!
Very disappointed in the process and customer service at this location. First trip the order was supposed to be two items they only ordered one then reordered and it was the wrong part altogether now keep in mind we're coming from way across town to come to the store to pick up these items. We weren't even offered the option to have it shipped to us until we asked about it after making two trips up to the store. Then had the nerve to charge for shipping. Shifty customer service with attitude
They have everything. Not cheap sometimes but just need to shop around
Went there in Oct.2010 to get a furnace blower motor, wholesale. No problem, $99 and the guy even WALKED ME THRU wiring changes and told me which colors to fold back and not connect. Even gave me a handful of crimp connectors. THEN, APPARENTLY, THEY WERE BOUGHT BY BIG COMPANY. PROBABLY CHINESE. Everything you see now, can be found with a Google search and you'll find EVERYBODY selling it. Usually in China.
