It was my first time picking up at this location. And it was an awful experience. First of all they have two lines, 1 for pickup and 1 for customer service. As the clerks call the next person up, they don't specify which line. There was people who arrived after me who went up before me. We were left fending for ourselves. I was in line for 25 min. I tried going up and one guy wanted to fight me lol. To make things worse, when I was finally up, They took like fifteen minutes just to give me my 1 item. Not sure if this is norm... read more
