I'm not writing this post about their products. As far as I know their great. Lol but the commercial gives me laugh and not want to buy. Totally unorganized. Watch the part with the wrenches hanging on the wall. If you can't get that right what makes me believe you can get anything right. Lol
It’s unfortunate that you could never speak to somebody in the actual store if needed. Granger wants you to call the 800 number and have some lady in Bangladesh help you find what you need instead of speaking to somebody in the store with eyes on product. if you don’t know exactly what you need and want expert help you will not get it without going to the actual store
Fantastic customer service starting with their off site phone support all the way through to their on-site team members. I'm especially appreciative of the help Nate gave me at the Portland location. Nate is a great example of what customer service should be. Thanks Grainger!

I ordered a product online, I received the wrong item. In order to return it to get the new product I have to pay shipping again ($10) and I have to eat the money I paid for the initial shipping ($10). I have to pay over $20 worth of shipping for a $5 item. When it was the companies fault for sending the wrong one. Called customer service and they stated their hands are tied, and they apologize but nothing they can do. Pretty disappointing.
