Younger guy at the front desk is extremely rude, terrible customer service. I walked out got my part elsewhere.
My first time shopping at Granger. Their selection is amazing, but you have to know how to search for what you want.
Can’t even call the specific location you need to. The number takes you to a call center which was of no help. Customer service was unhelpful and slow to respond, which only added to the frustration. For a company that claims to be reliable in industrial supply, this was far from the service I expected. Definitely wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.
I'm not writing this post about their products. As far as I know their great. Lol but the commercial gives me laugh and not want to buy. Totally unorganized. Watch the part with the wrenches hanging on the wall. If you can't get that right what makes me believe you can get anything right. Lol
