Great store in person, terrible phone service. They refuse to let you talk to your local store. You know who doesn't do that? Any other electrical supplier.
Bought a condenser motor for my house's A/C system yesterday, and the salesperson reminded me it needed a 5 mFd capacitor. He didn't have to, but he did! And that reminder allowed me to fix my A/C properly! Thanks!
Better off buying McMaster or anywhere online almost always beats their price. Plus those companies don't bombard you with ads constantly like Grainger does. Nothing worse than an inferior company that spends money on marketing instead of having better inventory and decent prices.
The two guys that helped us were so kind. I accident’s left something there and they waited till past closing time to give it to me. They helped us load up our car. The pricing is great as well.
