These folks at Grainger have a great catalog and they talk a good game but every item I order has been left to sit for days and days on a dock somewhere. No one is responsible, Grainger could care less about getting the package delivered (they have their money), they use Averitt Express who self admit that they do not care about delivery timelines, and so packages sit and wait, and if you complain they have dozens of excuses why they are not responsible. Looked for a long time for a 8” bench grinding wheel. They said they could order one for $114.00. Went to Bottom Dollar Tool in Trenton and got a 8” Norton wheel for $8.00 and some cents.
Whatever you might possibly need, Grainger will either have it, or can have it the next day. These guys are amazing.
Have been totally impressed with the level of customer service that I have received, both on the phone and in person at the location in Chattanooga. They have always been very helpful and can answer all my questions! Thanks for everything!
