I called grainger for a furnace part and they were very nice they didn't have the original part in stock but kept looking to find something in stock that would get my furnace going they fixed me up with a universal that fit perfectly and my family has heat after calling other places for 2 days . Thanks Grainger it's appreciated.

We simple were looking around after another associate told us to let them know when we were ready to check out, we had passed the boots and another associate approached us stating were not allowed to be alone in the store. He then proceeded to bager us up to the front of the store. There was no need for hostility. He made us extremely uncomfortable. We will never do buisness here again!!!!!!!
