This is the only place that had the parts I wanted for my plumbing emergency. This store has a good customer service and plenty of parking.

WOW. I cannot praise the Grainger team enough, especially the Everett team. We had a plumbing emergency (a well pump capacitor went out) the day before Thanksgiving when over 50 family members would be on site. They had no running water. Living out on Whidbey Island, we didn’t have local options to get the part. While my husband raced to the ferry in hopes we could locate the part somewhere in Everett, I jumped on the phone and started making calls.
