Caleb Sahr was my service manager for my visit 1/6/20 & he was great! Very friendly and efficient-got the info he needed & "went to work". I had routine scheduled service done & was ready to drive in 90 minutes. Caleb also went the "extra mile" when I asked about the warranty for the Honda battery I had replaced back in July'19-he explained the warranty in detail, even though he had nothing to do with the July visit ! Clifford Mills is the best in the service department.
Lesha White was my rep and she was most helpful in helping me to get my issues resolved. She contacted me to follow up as well as seeing that I was satisfied with my service. Bought my last Honda at another company but after my experience with Grainger and Lesha and my salesman Tom I am a Grainger customer for life! Thank you so much for having such wonder folks that work with you!
They are always so pleasant and answer whatever questions I may have. Steve Morgan and Clifford Mills are our favorites in the Service Department! We have been Grainger Honda customers since 2006, purchasing 1 Pilot, 2 Ridgelines and 3 CRVs over the last 13 years - the 2007 CRV and the 2008 Ridgeline are still being used by family members!
