The salesman that assisted me was Brian Salvi! Brian was phenomenal! He paid attention to my wants and needs and met or came very close to meeting each one! We were there well after the time they closed and not once did I feel rushed! My mother and I had the best experience buying our SUVs today. Michael Permele and Greg Haywood took so much time to explain every aspect of the process, and were very patient getting us through. We love our cars.
have your staff read what is sent in on a vehicle before they call someone to come in and have their vehicle appraised for a possible sell to your used car dept. Horrible service and attitude by staff. Same ole car dealership games they play, just like the rest.
don't buy anything from them. if you must, don't take their word for anything. if you're told something, get it in writing!
