Displeased with the service I received. They were very nice people but they immediately did an X-ray on my cat and suggested a barium X-ray without even doing a stool sample. It felt like they were going to the extremes (I.E. More expensive tests/procedures) before covering the less costly possible cures. Took my cat to a different vet a couple days later who DID do a stool sample and immediately prescribed an antibiotic which fixed my cat right up for less that half the price of GV. Well Today was a very sad day for my family my baby girl had to be put down she was mis diagnosed several months ago i was told she had an infection but in fact she lymphoma cancer she would go with out eating so today i went to Grain Valley Animal Hospital and the caring and compassionate staff they were very honest with us up front on all cost but most of all i cant thank you for how much support you showed to my family during this time i am bringing the rest of my fur babies to be a part of what i consider a great group t... read more

We have been using GVAH since it opened. They are very reasonably priced and show such compassion when caring for our pets. They are simply the best!!!

Absolutely love this place and the staff! The Dr is very straightforward and does not sugar coat anything. Even when my husband brought our dog in for cremation, everyone was so respectful. Same with when I went in to pick up his remains. We still go here for our other two fur babies! We definitely do NOT plan on going to any other place for vet care and continue to recommend your office to others.
There are too many wonderful things about this vet clinic that I'm sure I can't name them all. The doctor is nothing short of amazing and takes the time to answer your questions about your pet and gives them the absolute best care and it's always at what I consider an affordable price. The staff is always kind and super friendly with my pups. I've been taking my dogs there for almost five years now and would never consider going anywhere else.
