I am very disappointed with Grain Integrative Health. After a 6 month wait and scheduling a trip around my appointment (with Dr. Kates-Chinoy) I received a last minute phone call from the office letting me know that they were canceling my appointment because their office doesn’t accept my insurance despite the fact that I gave them all the information needed when the appointment was booked, and was told that yes they do accept my insurance.
