To Dakota, Tom, Jim and install crews who completed my home refresh project, Many thanks for a job done right. Over the years as a property owner, I have contracted with many vendors to complete various interior jobs and Grain Flooring was added to my list. First point of contact was the in store visit...and to be honest, you can tell when you enter a business location what kind of dynamics are in play. We recently went with Grain Design to recarpet our entire home. Their prices where on par with everyone else we shopped around with. Most impressive was their seamless process. No matter who we talked with they were already up to speed with our project and could answer any questions we had. Install crew showed up right when they were scheduled and even stayed late to finish everything ahead of schedule. Highly recommend for a fair price, great communication, and easy process.
We are very happy with our new floors. Dakota at Grain Design helped with understanding the different flooring options and provided several samples to try while also giving just enough info to not make the process overwhelming. We were super impressed with the installers that came to our home. They were quick and professional and the finished product looks great.
Dakota and the team have now done two projects for us, both carpet and wood flooring. They perfectly matched the bedroom floors to the rest of the wood floors throughout the house; you’d never know these weren’t there from the beginning! And they helped us pick carpet options that fit our budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Everything was installed quickly and professionally by their skilled team. They’re all extremely friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend Grain Design!
