I worked with Brittany on a recent bathroom remodel. The experience was fantastic. She was extremely helpful & even came out to my house to measure for me. Waterproofing material, tile & flooring. The remodel went smoothly & Brittany was a key reason it went so smoothly. I'll use Grain Design for all of my future needs.

I contacted Dakota at Grain Design Flooring. He responded right away. He was personable, honest and knowledgeable. The next day he came out to look at my house to see what I needed. He matched my carpet exactly, which was important in this situation since it was a partial replacement of just two of the three rooms and carpeted steps from a water accident at my home. This will be a detailed review. It's better to know too much than not enough. I had two issues with the hardwood floors in my home. First, one of the boards in the middle of the living room decided to curl one of its edges. There was no moisture or any other reason for this to occur, but it did, creating a cupping effect (not a crowning). The second issue was all the squeaks in the kitchen area. I absolutely love my new floors! I searched a handful of flooring companies & Grain Design had The best product at the best price, hands-down!! Dakota & his team at Grain Design Flooring were amazing to work with. The installers were very professional & did an excellent installation. My remodeling contractor says he’s going to work with them in the future for sure. For reference I had Canyon Signature XL Mojave Oak installed in the entire home. Thank you Dakota!
