Grain Design just finished our new hardwood floors. The floors are absolutely beautiful! The quality of the installation was perfect results and love the staining and finish. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and a very smooth process. Always showed up on time, very knowledgeable and professional installers who clean up as they go. We purchased our flooring from Grain Design. All of the staff was very professional and they really went out of their way to educate us on all of the options available. 10 out of 10 customer service which seems rare these days.
Grain Design was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Brittany and Matt were great at communicating and guiding me with choosing the perfect stain color. They were very professional. My refinished hardwood floors are beautiful. I highly recommend Grain Design!

Grain Design sold my wife and I laminate flooring for our whole upstairs to redo, in the spring time. They had a very large selections and were very helpful with meeting our needs! We set up a time that worked out with or schedules and their crew came out and installed the flooring in a very timely manner. They were all extremely nice and professional! Thanks to everyone that helped us transform our house, we love it!
