Dakota and the team have now done two projects for us, both carpet and wood flooring. They perfectly matched the bedroom floors to the rest of the wood floors throughout the house; you’d never know these weren’t there from the beginning! And they helped us pick carpet options that fit our budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. Everything was installed quickly and professionally by their skilled team. They’re all extremely friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend Grain Design!

This is an update to the review I wrote 4 months ago (see below) when the initial work was done. The piece of wood flooring that needed to be repaired and was repaired by Grain Design, started curling up again on its edges. I called the office and I was told that I'd have to talk to the Sales Rep, Dakota, but he was out of the office that day. The man took my name and phone number. Just had a recoat done by Grain Design, who originally worked with the previous owners of our home to create our unique floors. Very impressed! Grain Design took a lot of care to make the hardwood look as good as new. Damaged areas were all repaired and look great. We were away while they worked on the floors and came home to a clean space. Communication was great. Definitely recommend!!

It has been a few months since I have gotten my wood floors refinished by Grain Design, and I am still so happy when I look at my beautiful floors! I keep thinking I should have gotten the floors done sooner. Jason and Brittany were great to work with and responded quickly to all communication. The two men who actually refinished the floor, Gerald and Zach, were so skilled and professional. Gerald helped me pick the finish I wanted, and I could not be more pleased. Highly recommend!
