Long wait to be seated (no call ahead) but great food once we finally got it. Loved the bbq chicken sandwich, cheddar grits and duck sandwich.
We came to Newark to visit friends. We are from the Poconos. They chose Grains for a fun night out. Didn't mind the 1/2 hr wait IF your establishment had Good food OR Drinks. My husbands cheese steak was simple not editable. The sandwich that I had was so "not good" that I fail to even remember what it was. HOWEVER, I do remember that I had to send it back and by the time I got it back, everyone at the table was done with their meals. The whole meal was just BAD. Somehow we always end up at Grain. Love the beer selection and the menu is full of tasty options. My son loves the wings, and we almost always opt for the burgers. The service and food deserves 5 stars. Can't wait to go back
Great food great service and fun environment. When I travel to Delaware this is a must stop for me.
Ford is God's gift to bartending. Knows everything there is to know about tending bar.
Place is friendly, staff is awesome and the food is good! Endless selection of brew! I visit Delaware from NY frequently and this is my go to spot. Highly recommend if your strolling down Main Street.
