Made a new patient appointment with a 2 month wait to get an appointment that was later in the afternoon. (I work) I had an appointment, set date and time. In the afternoon before my next day appointment I called to confirm since no one called me. No one in that office even knew who I was, let alone on any of their appointment lists. Waisted 2 months of my time with a tooth that was in need of treatment. I don't know how Dr. Graicerstein is for a DDS but I can tell you her staff is totally incompetent.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Graicerstein and everyone in her office. Wanda is an incredible hygienist. She is a perfectionist! The front desk is helpful and accommodating. I feel good going to this office.

Absolutely would recommend her to anyone. She truly cares about her patient and what is best for the situation. I have never had a dentist spend so much time literally in my mouth... they usually hand it off to the assistant... but she wants to make sure the crown is fitting, the partial fits properly, the bite is right, nothing is rubbing the gums and hurting. She is very caring and wants to make sure her patient is satisfied and pleased with her work. She cares!

Visit was fine was told l would receive a follow up call the next day from someone in the office never received one. Shouldn’t say you are going to do something and not follow through with it.

Extremely professional but sweet and helpful. She’s been nothing but amazing and careful when I feel pain but almost rarely do I feel anything as she’s extremely thorough.

Great visit. Excellent care. Dentist really took her time in explaining everything that was happening in my mouth as well as the overall impact on my health. I didn’t feel pressured but I did feel very informed. Will definitely follow through with the treatment.
