Lawn mower has been sitting here for 3 months and it has not yet been repaired. The part that was needed took awhile to be delivered, but it arrived 2 months ago. Since then we’ve been told “it will be ready this week” every week since June. Repeated lies are unacceptable.
Best lawnmower place in town.
I have been dealing with this company for the last 5 years or so. Service is excellent the staff are friendly. In the summer we have to expect longer turn around as that is their busiest time. Highly recommend
We try are best to give everyone the best service.every now and then you can not make everyone happy or mad because of parts that the prices go up be on our control.If you have any problems with are service please tell us and let us try and make it right before you go on line and tell just one side of the story. Went in on a Sat. And spoke with the owner about two different mowers. Couldn’t decide which one I wanted, my husband wanted me to get the zero turn but I wanted to save some money and get the conventional. So we left and went home to think about it. We returned Saturday a week later and I actually drove the conventional and a zero like the one I had looked at but a bigger deck. He had sold the one I previously looked at and said it could take up to two weeks to get another one in unless he bought one from another dealer but... read more
