My husband and I ordered two desserts tonight from Graham's. Once we got our desserts, we looked upstairs, sat down at a table but was told it was reserved for a private occasion (someone was getting engaged -- we wish them good luck & congrats and proceeded with out desserts back downstairs. We sat by the fire and we were almost finished eating and another person came up to our table and asked us to move once again. I woke up at 5:30 in the to come to the Gilmore girls event I was extremely disappointed everything was false advertisement I had every question right, no mug you were out. A huge group of people 2 long lines behind me cut so many people and got the last mugs. The cookies were sold-out because you only made100- who has an event and doesn't prepare correctly - you weren't prepared!!!! Also disappointed there was nothing available to purchase! What a disappointment!
