Great staff and facility. The staff does great work. They are very expensive and it is difficult to get an appointment.
If I could leave zero stars I would. Replace a tail light that should have been under warranty but made an excuse about our car being from Canada so the warranty wasn’t done right and was expired. Had to call billion because that’s who we bought the car from and in 15 minutes they had the claim filed and covered. Every time we try and have something fixed here there is some kind of excuse on why it can’t be done. It’s a sad state when billion does better.
Great experience! Steve is well knowledgeable and he won’t steer you wrong when buying a vehicle. Process was very easy and smooth
