The service center team were very responsive and helpful. They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle on the same day.
Not a good experience! After waiting 3 weeks to get an appointment I had to cancel due to weather….had to wait another 3 weeks to get my 2026 vehicle repaired. Then when I got it in they FORGOT to order the parts!!! Then 2 weeks later I got it in, they told me it would be a 2-3 day job. They did give me a nice new car as a loaner. But they couldn’t figure out what was wrong, so I was without my vehicle for 2 weeks!
Very professional service employees. Service was done quickly and neatly. Appreciate that they wash the car when finished. I would recommend Graham Auto service department.
I purchased a used VW Atlas in April from a different dealership. This was my first visit to Graham Automotive and it was very pleasant. The gentleman at the service desk was awesome. I had other questions to ask him about my Atlas and the Warrenty and he answered all of them. He is knowledgeable. I was very pleased with the service I received and I enjoy driving my VW. Thank you.
