I have taken many of our vehicles there over the last year and a half. The entire staff has always been helpful and accommodating. I have been very pleased that they stand by there warrenty on parts, they're always able to answer my questions and explain any problems with my vehicle.
Friendly people great service. They even gave me a ride to work when I left my car during lunch break. It was done by the time I left work. Very reasonable prices and fast service.
I have had some work on 03 chevy done at Graham tire in sioux city and they did very good work and it was done with good experienced techs. The service management Brett and Cory where very helpful and truthful about what was wrong and how to fix it and pricing.I also bought some tires for my wifes car we got treated very well on the price.
Charge $60 for $30 set of plug wires, and $12 a piece for $4 plugs, then a year later the cheapest quality on the planet: Autolites misfire and all need to be changed again, only much cheaper than the record $250 Graham Tire charged for a Tune-up. Everyone knows you don't put Autolites in Fords, well everyone except Donnie and company. The best part was Donnie says "You'll never have to replace them plugs ever again" Apparently, "ever again" means only until 365 days later, when Graham Tire wouldn't stand behind their work. ... read more
We just had the best service one could ever ask for. We were traveling through Iowa towing a large fifth wheel when we had a tire failure. It could not be repaired so we decided to replace all of the tires. I called Graham Tire and they had just what we needed. They went out of their way to get the tires changed, drove us to the market to take advantage of their special promotion, and then drove us to show us how to get back on the freeway. In alot of ways I really like graham. Their service manager Brett is a great guy but can only do so much with subpar technicians. After bringing my car in 6 times to get a problem fixed and the problem getting worse not better each time I cut my losses and traded it off. I asked them to rotate my tires as well and now they were unbalanced and choppy.I also had problems with tires I bought there losing pressure which I also heard from another woman today. I think I gave them alot of opportunities to make things right with me.... read more
