I used to like the convenience the most. I work Downtown, can drop off a car, walk to work, then walk back before they close at 5:30. Yesterday, I got stuck leaving a parking lot. I called and got a price for new tires. Bob said they could get them on yet that day. He asked what time I could be there. I told him I was honestly scared to drive there, as I could see myself getting stuck again. Bob drove his truck over, picked up my car and then brought it back with my WONDERFUL new tires. My wife had a flat tire and was able to get to their store just to have them say “ M there are four cars in front of you and we close soon”. I guess you need to schedule flat tires.... about a year ago she had a flat and I went and pulled it off for her and brought it there (close to where she works) and was told they wold have time around noon the next day. Again hard to schedule flats. This is the last time I will even bother going there for anything. Thanks for nothing. Go to Manley tire or Bens.....
Very friendly, customer service (especially for an auto mechanic) very impressive. I went in and didn't feel at all intimidated. I went in late afternoon expecting to have to wait another day, they told me they could get my issue done that night, turns out they didn't have the correct part after all. Instead they went out of their way to get the correct part and stay late after closing just to finish it up. At a very reasonable price I may add. FINALLY found my Go-To guys to fix my car! Worked with Gary and he has amazing customer service skills. He helped me with issues I had and took the time to explain everything. My full synthetic change was actually cheaper than when I go to Meineke. I’ll go to Graham moving forward because Gary’s customer service skills stood out that much to me.
