I’m really sad to submit this review but feel I need to so others get second estimates. I had them check my AC in my 2016 Equinox which stopped blowing cold. Their quote was ranging from $1700 to $2200 depending on what else was needed besides a new compressor. But then they told me that my timing chain needed to be replaced first because it could ruin my motor if it goes out. The quote was $2600. Went in for a last minute tire change cause tires were showing wire and they were the only shop willing to help even right before closing and without having ac in the building. Me and my wife called and the manager (Jim geneser) who offered to help us already knew who we were when we walked in. He got right to work on getting the tires we wanted brought up, the paper work done for them, and the car in the shop. The service was fast and both the manager and worker were very kind. THE BEST! came here as a last resort due to tires showing wire and we came to the right place. Not only was the quality of the tires AMAZING but the costumer service was peak. Jim Geneser was such a nice and understanding guy, he had patience for my husband and I also, the mechanic that was replacing the tires got it done, quick and easy and honestly, we cannot wait to come back here again!
Excellent service! Lost a tire to a pothole and Malik and the crew had me on the road again the next day, no muss, no fuss!
Loved how caring they are and was very respectful. I loved how they showed me what is wrong with my vehicle 🙃
