On a more or less walk-in basis these guys found and fixed my slow leak in about a half hour. Fast, fair and this time anyway, no appointment needed. Thanks Fast Tire!
We were in Des Moines for a visit while moving our family to California. We needed an oil change in one vehicle and they were happy to get that in for us. They also kindly squeezed us in last-minute when the check engine light came on before our departure, so we were able to be on our way with only a minor delay.
Took my daughter’s van to get engine work diagnosed. They didn’t have the diagnostic tester needed and referred me to go to the dealer to get the testing done. Originally, I was quoted a diagnostic fee of $175. Since they didn’t have the equipment needed to do the test, I asked what the charge was. Jimmy told me there was no charge, since they were unable to do the test. I told him that is the kind of INTEGRITY I’ve been looking for! They take the BEST CARE, of all of our vehicles! They are true to their word and never tell me something’s wrong if it isn’t! Jim has been helping us for maybe 15 yrs and always takes care of us! The other employees are also always friendly and helpful and make sure you feel at home!!
