Sit down at either of two desks with friendly staff. Has a mom & pop operation feel. Nice people.
Was quoted 5 hours for a front coil spring swap, and rear leaf spring swap. I had the leaf springs mostly off prior, but just needed the shackles cut off due to one bolt spinning. I had them not do the coil springs "due to lift height issues" and was still charged for 6 hours of labor. Claiming both leaf springs took 3 hours each. I had drove by 30 minutes prior to calling and checking on my vehicle thinking the time frame was off by several hours.
