Our experience with this real estate agency was really disappointing. The employees were rude and unhelpful. I definitely wouldn’t go here

Website is not up-to-date with available rental properties. Website is hard to use or navigate.
My boyfriend & I found a rental on Zillow posted by Graham Realty. Mary Ho was the realtor. She met with my boyfriend, I was unable to attend the showing due to work. He liked it so I applied. I was the applicant, he was the co-applicant. The next day, Mary contacted my boyfriend via phone call informing him that our application was selected. She did not contact me even though I was the applicant & I paid for the application fee, which I found odd. Then she told him we would need to sign a lease, but we never heard back from... read more
Horrible service. Viewed a place and I think they only intended on collecting $20 for an application fee. A lot of these people are racist. I have 0 issues with my background but yet they found a better candidate. I assure you they didn’t. Maybe they were more Asian than me though.
