DO NOT LIVE HERE! Signed a lease and was ready to pick up the keys but no one showed up. I tried calling the manager, office, and even the maintenance person. It all went straight to voicemail and there was no communication on their end what so ever. Have been waiting for 3 hours with all my things packed and now have to find somewhere to spend the night for a few days. I’ve never experienced this with any other leasing office and beyond furious.
We had a tour scheduled for these apartments, but no one showed. Not only did we have to wait for someone to let us into the front door since no one from the office let us in, the leasing office itself was locked and no one was inside. We tried calling and texting them multiple times but were unable to get in touch with anyone. Plus, like other reviewers said, the place looked like no one had cleaned it in a very long time (cigarette butts lying on carpeted floors, dust and debris everywhere, odd smells, etc.) This was hones... read more
This may be an unfair review because, I've never lived here. I had a scheduled viewing at the complex with my GF and just booking the appointment was a frustrating experience online. When we got to the complex, we couldn't get in on our scheduled time - we only got in when someone walked out and let us in. We were immediately off put by the common area alone. If I could give zero stars I would. Even if it feels like this is your only option, please don’t move here. I’ve been a tenant for almost 5 years and I will be moving soon. Like many have mentioned before, I lived here before it was owned by Indigo and loved it. Sure, the building is old, but the old owners kept it up. Since Indigo has taken over, the quality of living has drastically gone downhill. Brown water comes out of my kitchen sink, bathroom sink and toilet constantly.
