Good attitude and very thorough.
Check in was easy. Called back nearly upon arrival. Vital signs taken. Saw the doctor and he explained what was going on and went over options. Scheduled port removal. Checked out.
Dr. Mercier and his office staff were very professional. Office is very clean. This was our first visit and Dr. Mercier answered all my questions about upcoming surgery.
