Dr. Lampe is the best doctor I have ever had. He listens, he cares, and he treats patients with genuine compassion and respect. He takes the time to understand concerns, look for answers, and make you feel heard. In a healthcare system where that can be hard to find, Dr. Lampe is truly exceptional. I am beyond grateful for his care.
Shana Holman is the best ever! She is worth the wait! She has compassion and does exactly what she says shes going to do! There aren't words to express how thankful I am for her!
When Dr. Deyoung retired our health care went right down the tubes. Leave multiple messages without getting any return calls, messed up what medicines I am on. Told they would call in a medication and they never do. I have never been so frustrated with my medical care as I am after switching to Shana Holman. She seems nice enough but she says one thing and another is done and the excuses I get is that they are overwhelmed.
I have been here several times and each time my interactions with the staff, nurses and doctors has been favorable. I plan to continue going here and using their services.
Took great care of my mom’s ears ! Very professional team.
