Poor management company. Lazy, dishonest and disorganized.
I wish I could give these people -10⭐️. They sent me a lot of letters, some of them about my grass, my driveway, the sidewalk. Now they sent me a letter to remove a bush pile. This pile was there to be picked up by the trash company the next day. They just drive around, take pictures, and send you letters. So, I wonder, I pay HOA more than $900/year for what? I recently had an issue concerning my home owners payment, of which I was very concerned. I spoke with Wendy in Houston and was so very grateful for her assistance. She was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and took the time to answer all my questions. She is definitely an asset to Graham Management. I am so very appreciative of the great customer service I received from her, as it is just not the norm these days. So thank you Wendy very much for starting my day off so well!
Worst Management Company I have ever dealt with. They provided incorrect information to us which included providing us with an unauthorized approval. After realizing their mistake they told us we should have known the person we spoke to didn't have the authority to give us the approval and stated we would be fined. We will be recommending to our board a change of management and have also advised friends of ours that are board members of different HOAs throughout Houston to stay far away from Graham Management. Adrienne DelGiorno from Graham Management in Stonehenge II subdivision is a very ill mannered and difficult person to deal with. Many of the homeowner have said that her attitude is unprofessional, treat people disrespectful; she does not understand that she works for us, the homeowner at Stonehenge II. We need to contact HOA board of director and complain about this person since she is not willing to provide with information when is requested from her.
Fraudsters Graham Management is a company of scam artists. They come in as a property management for HOA's and take over the boards, raise the fees and send lots of invalid letters to the homeowners. Avoid any HOA they are a part of.
Punitive Tyranny They are being punitive in their exercise of the rules. I keep getting letters to my residence about grass being to long (3.5-4 inches) when there are other properties that have 9" grass. I then get letters about items that have been there for 7-8 months and are just now becoming an issue for them. I have a slight color tone difference in paint on a side of the house that was there the whole year prior to purchasing the house and 1.5 years after living so a total of 2.5 years and only now am I getting letter... read more

Graham Management is the most incompetent management company that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. There is no follow through on anything they promise to complete. Any neighborhood considering hiring Graham Management should avoid these guys like the plague.
