Derek worked with us from start to finish. he offered suggestions, gave great advice and stayed in contact to be sure we got what we needed. We got our engagement rings and our wedding bands here. and we will continue buying from Derek and graham jewelers for as long as we can. I love Graham Jewelers. Their customer service is great! They are very knowledgeable about the products they have and are selling. They listen to you when you may have a problem with your jewelry. I had a diamond fall out and they took it in right away and replaced it with no argument - I loved that. They saudered my rings together after I got married and did a good job.
