My experience with Hyundai service was superb! From the friendly cheerful personal at the front desk, Jake who communicated every step of the way. He was thorough and professional walked me through the issues that were getting addressed and was helpful at pointing out ones of concern. The mechanics did not have an “easy” job, there were plenty of complications along the way that were not foreseen or avoidable. I set an appointment to have my 2020 Elantra looked at. The soonest appointment they could do was two weeks later and then didn't even look at it for ten days after the appointment. It needed an engine replacement, was told I would be given a loner, went to pick up the loner and then told they couldn't give me one. They told me it would be ready by the end of the week, then it was ready two weeks after the end of the week. This has been the worst experience with a service center ever. I had a service issue with my 2022 Hyundai Tucson. I was provided information that didn't seem correct, based on my warranty. I was given to Ed Smith, Service Manager. Ed jumped on the issues quickly and took care of it. It's what I expected from Hyundai, and why I have one. Great service and very professional!
