Had an issue that was due to the initial build (not normal wear and tear or negligence) from 2011. It only surfaced spring of 2020. Made Graham Hart aware of the issue and they sent someone to check it out. The normal home warranty is a year (standard) and so legally they was zero obligation for Graham Hart to do anything. However, Graham Hart made it right and reimbursed us for the amount for the issue. Absolutely unexpected and highlights the integrity of Graham Hart.
