Worst experience ever. I bought a "new" home yet have to argue for months to have anything looked at or repaired. Always with the response that is a contractor issue. I didn't pay to deal with a contractor. Every single neighbor I have has multiple issues and are very displeased with Graham Hart. If you are looking at this builder do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!
