Terrible all around experience. Cart broke down Friday. I was promised a service call Saturday, no show. Promised a call on Monday, nothing. Promised another call on Tuesday, no show. Terrible communication, almost like they are too good for their customers. Do not go here.
Very poor customer service. Staff is totally unaware of good communication skills and completely confused about how to run a service business. Burned me once...never again
