RecommendedI highly recommend Graham Golf Cars in North Myrtle for ALL your golf car needs!! They went above and beyond for my daughter and I today when we broke down blocks away from our storage! They showed up, towed us to their service shop and on our way in no time!! They were heaven sent to us today and we can never thank them enough!!
My wife liked the color of the car we looked at yesterday. We were told that they remove everything down to the frame and rebuild with new parts. So she bought it. They delivered it today and the first thing i see is a used rusted not very good cord charger. I don’t even know if it works. But it is junk and not even attached to the car. If they do something that obvious what are they hidden under all that black paint. I guess i will find out in about a year. RecommendedGreat customer service Tim Tyner really knows the carts and makes suggestions during the buying process. Tim never made us feel like he was selling the cart but that we were getting what we wanted.

I made a reservation by phone to rent a golf cart from Graham Golf Carts for the week we were in Surfside for our family vacation. When we arrived to pick it up they didn’t even had a golf cart available. The person I had talked to on the phone wasn’t there but the guy that was there found our paperwork but said he had no idea what she expected to do. Very rude. Thankfully King of Carts was able to help us out. We will not be returning to Graham!!

RecommendedResponsive customer service. But their customer service definitely needs some QC. They recently serviced our cart that we purchased in November, 2019. It had a brake issue that they fixed for free out of warranty (admitting that it never should have left the shop with that problem). I also mentioned that there was dirt, grass, etc. all over the cart. Well, it appears that some genius pressure-washed the entire cart. This ruined the stereo, which was marine, and the horn. They used old parts when building my cart! The rental dept,( roger) is rude, yelled at a family member just for trying to rent a cart on the Fourth of July. The rental dept also changed the prices three different times when friends inquired about prices. Point being they are rip offs! I would not suggest them at all
We purchased our golf cart new from Graham’s and have had nothing but trouble with it since we purchased it. We have had major issues with the wiring and the electrical system. We have had to return the golf cart numerous times to be worked on because it wouldn’t run properly and each time they charge us without correcting the problem. RecommendedThis is the seventh cart I’ve purchased From Graham Golf Cars over the years. I delivered it to my daughter in Fort Mill SC and she was so excited to see it turned out just like she envisioned. Graham’s has always stood behind their work and I would never consider buying from anyone else
