Had a recall for a 2014 ford focus that i took in to ford to get fixed in 2023 for an evap fault, and 2 years later the same problem occured and the computer threw the same code as it did before and it started acting up like before, not wanting to start after filling up at the pump. I called to schedule an appointment to have it fixed again but was told over the phone that the recall was a 1 time fix and got hung up on like it wasn't their problem. While every experience is different I must say mine has been anything but pleasant. I had received a recall notice for the rear camera to be replaced on my 2022 explorer. After several scheduled appointments it had not been taken care of. The reasons given were lack of part availability and staffing issues. The reason for this review is that I dropped off my vehicle on May 8th 2024 at 730am which was the scheduled appointment time. I recieved no call on the 8th with any update.
