I have been going to this Dentist since they first opened.. just a great place!! Professional and caring people!! I would not trade them for any other!!
I've seen a lot of dentists in my hunt to find the right one for me. I started going to a dentist I really, really liked--and then he retired. Bummer. We moved to Graham a couple of years ago and someone recommended that we check out Graham Family Dental Care. I must say that I've finally found it--this is the place! The staff couldn't be nicer, the dentists (so far) have been top notch, and the hygienist I see (Angie) is not just thorough, but has also taught me things I did not know about caring for my teeth. Wife & I and both sons, been regulars every 6 mos, since 2006. Everything and everyone there are Fabulous! Clean, bright, good ventilation/smell, Wi-Fi, beverages, family friendly and courteous/caring people/environment. Relaxing, inviting, and never rushing. Been under great/awesome care of Dr. John Chen, Keenin and Jolie (hygienists) since 2006: superb bedside manner, very caring/skilled/knowledgeable clinicians. Every front/back support staffs are fantastic.
I have had multiple bad experiences with dentist in my history. Graham family dental care has given me such a different experience. They are so caring and demonstrate genuine compassion. I felt comfortable to make needed follow up care I have been too anxious to do. I can't say enough good things about their care and approach.
I got an appointment win a day for a cleaning and everyone was professional and nice. Can't wait for my 6 month checkup.
Keenin always does a great job,and after all these years, I feel happy when I go to the dentist. Dr.Chen is always great and explains things well. Thank you 😊
