Great staff Great experience every time.
I had a tooth that broke, called before they opened and left a message. They got me in an hour later, although booked solid Dr. Chen gathered the people he needed proceeded to do the extraction. Sounds like good customer service but what they didn't know was that I went into shock last time due to the agressive treatment of a dentist in Auburn. With the compassion of Dr. Chen and the two dental assitants I left with NO issues and picked up my prescriptions and didn't feel like I'd had a stroke on that side. I had no bruising... read more

I love this office! Everyone is kind and takes the pain out of dental appts. Have never had quality issues with fillings.

I make my 6 year old's appts for the same time as mine. He is so comfortable with them, that he doesn't even need me in the same room, so we both get our teeth cleaned at the same time!!

I recently had a tooth that was in need of attention. My regular dentist was closed and could not get me in until 4 days later. I contacted Graham Family Dental and they got me in that morning. They were so kind and compassionate and they were even able to perform the root canal that In needed that day! Awesome customer service and extremely professional. I totally recommend them to anyone.
