Really a VERY GOOD dentist....and I have been through MANY! ALL the staff are very friendly and welcoming and the doctor has been able to perform minor miracles for my mouth! Very reasonable! They go out of their way for their patients!
I love going to the office to have my teeth cleaned. Barbara is is friendly and gentle, and my teeth feel so nice again. Everyone there is so warm and friendly. It is like a big family. I have been going there for a number of years and have been very pleased with the work done on my teeth. I have been going for over a decade - a very friendly and competent dentist, very friendly staff. Today I stopped in to make an appointment since I have not been for a while. I did not have my new insurance card but staff was able to look it up for me. Since Dr Graham was available they even gave me a quick checkup and xrays on the spot! Great service.
Like many others, I have been with Dr. Russ since the 90's and have always been happy about my experiences with the office. Dr. is wonderful, as also is his staff. I love Barbara, my DH who always does a great job and is lovely. I have recommended patients to the practice and there has been only positive feedback. Where else will you find a dentist who says "pardon me" prior to a needle stick.
I always feel that I'm going to receive excellent dental care when I go to Dr. Graham's office. The staff is very friendly and professional and I feel in good hands. Tom
Dr. Graham has been our family dentist for many years. However, over the past three years I've been taking care of an ailing family member and I've neglected any dentist visits for myself. I appreciate their still taking me back. The service and dentistry is gentle, the staff is courteous, appointments are wonderfully and amazingly on time, and they all go out of their way to accommodate a patient's schedule demands.
