The owner of the company had a property listed for rent on Wayside Dr. My husband and I met w JP and Taylor who seemed very professional and easy to talk too. We told them our intent to rent, filled out an application online and then nothing. We contacted both JP & Taylor for a follow up, if we weren't accepted we would of at least appreciated a call back saying "hey we weren't a good match for the owner" but no. Money hungry company that doesn't care about it's tenants. The old owner was a wonderful man but when he passed away and his son took over, well, he ruined this company's image. Only cares about money.
