Graham’s Auto Mall has been great every time I’ve needed work on my Silverado EV. Ethan, the service manager, really goes above and beyond—always making sure everything is done right and on time. He’s super knowledgeable and keeps me updated throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find service like this these days. Highly recommend!

They pride themselves on being an auto mall But removed their Loaner cars… Just think about your purchase before you go here it took them four days to look at my car. They have no loaner cars and they will charge you so much money. I would’ve never purchased a car here if I would’ve known in the future, they would’ve took away the loaner cars. Their service is very rude and they charge $200 to look at your car even if it’s a battery. Sad $$$$
