Unorganized and incompetent front staff. The individual therapists are good, but the business itself is an unprofessional mess to deal with in all aspects.
I filled out forms online to recieve help. I got a phone call to fill out more forms and they would reach out. I filled out the forms. Then 2 Days later a guy called me to fill out the exact same forms again and was told someone would be in touch to schedule. Never heard from no one. I wouldn't go with this place. It's a joke.
